While he made this c0ck up he did make up for it in the second half when he prevented a try.

whilst getting sucked in for the try was disappointing thinks its too early to judge sheriffe yet. It was a pretty heavy pitch which is never brilliant for the faster players and Semi looked to struggle a bit too at times. Give him a couple of games to settle then Halley will back off loan and we'll have option to replace either sheriffe or platt, or they may both improve and keep halley out of team.

It didn't stop people slating Tupou last year.

Tupou wasn't making his debut last year either. If Sheriffe is still making similar mistakes later in the season, then the criticism will be justified.

When people were slating Tupou last year it wasn't his first game on the wing for the Bulls.

It was in response to this that you posted "He isn't the first winger to be sucked in and he won't be the last!" so why make a point about it not being Tupou's debut.

Indeed but Tupou was criticised last year because he was poor, not just because he let in a try in a game.

My point is that that Sheriffe was on his debut so is still finding his feet in our side. His made a poor judgement call on Sun, hopefully he will make a better decision in the coming weeks.
