£20 for a friendly against Halifax reserves? No thanks ...

For some reason I thought I'd read that it was main stand only but it appears the terraces are open and it would be £15 on the day or £10 pre match. It's £20 seated on the day.

It's the other friendlies where only the main stand is open and they've quoted £15 each for those games. I'm gonna assume they're going to run the same £5 extra on the day bit there too, which will mean the cheapest pay on the day option for a friendly will be £20.

Thanks for everyone's responses. Jesus Christ, you would have thought that the walk up prices would be at least the same as last year. I wonder why they are increasing the prices by £5 :/

I honestly do not understand what people are getting so wound up about. To my mind the club are being very sensible;

They want to keep costs down and so aim to open the bare minimum turnstile and have the bare minimum stewards. To do this they need to have a good idea of numbers upfront. To do this they encourage everyone to get a ticket upfront, and make it ludicrously easy to do this by allowing people to buy online and print your own ticket. They are charging £10 for the match, and £15 if you want to sit, I for one dont think that's bad. They are charging more on the day to discourage people from leaving it to the last minute and making numbers unpredictable, makes a lot of sense to me if the club want to control costs.
