Is there any evidence/statement/report that would indicate that the club owe any other amounts than the £180k FA refers to (accepting it may possibly be 50% of 300k) ie a significant amount to OK?

FA I said quite clearly the payday loan was down to Whitecut for whatever reason - but OK brought in Whitecut which seems to have been a near fatal mistake for the club.
As to what these loans were for think it is pretty simple that as had become the norm we were spending more than we were bringing in and needed to plug the gap in some way if just to pay the wages.
Fortunately the new guys seem to understand the danger of spending more than your income so I take comfort in that for the future.

Worrying bit in there is bit about seeking to avoid a points deduction. Any deduction would make it virtually impossible to avoid relegation IMO.

I did notice the play of words in the article " the board of directors have stated their intentions to continue to work with creditors." Doesn't mean they will all be paid what is owed in full.....

And before someone begins quoting me saying that is doesn't mean they won't, it would have been easy to say the same in the press release, avoiding me from making this assumption!

Interesting - looks like its the Inland Revenue who have made the application to liquidate. Surely the tax man is the main person you want to clear your debts with, more so than the loan companies?

hmmmm. So the rugby club Bradford bulls was transferred from OK BUlls to Bradford Bulls 2014. OK Bulls was then placed into Administration. Bradford BUlls 2014 to operate the Bradford Bulls in SL whilst honouring/working with debts from Ok Bulls. With the agreement of the RFL and seeking to avoid points reduction?

Mat you should not worry about relegation. Your squad is strong with some very talented players. Have a look at the London and Wakefield squads, even if you get a four point penalty you will finish above London and Wakefield with ease.

One numpty Mr Mitchel from Barnsley has already said we should be deducted points. He seems to forget about Salford and London doing the same thing without sanction.

I was told last Sunday,admin was coming and new company/owners already agreed with RFL,no points deduction and no fine.I was then told again yesterday,by different person,admin already done with new owners,all ok'd by RFL,that's when and why I started this thread and also Mr Caisley was involved somewhere along the lines.

I can only respond on the Salford situation. They did not go into Administration. A CVA was passed with ALL Creditors to be repaid in full.

There is a world of difference between paying the creditors and forming a new Company to shield them.

Personally staggered that the RFL have allowed this to happen and as for seeking no points deduction - well thats just sly and wrong. I think I know who is behind all this and I have never trusted that man one inch.
