The club with it's new holding company isn't in admin unlike "O s**t where has Ryan put the Money" Bulls Ltd. Guess the key to your question is if the RFU already knows sufficient about the new set up to be satisfied with it's finances and business plan then you would assume no need for special measures? |

Would agree there's almost certainly 'no need', but maybe there are rules in place?
My impression all along is that the directors have been consulting, and acting with, the at least implied, support of the RFL so, to be honest, I don't expect any problems. Same applies to any points deduction too.
Of course, it may also be that the RFL now realise that punishing new people for the sins of their predecessors isn't really sensible and the whole unholy mess wouldn't have happened but for losing the Sky money; no need for loans, no need for cash investments, no need for court cases, no need for secondary admins.. |

We are playing Castleford. In the Super League. A decision whether or not we can do so will be made in about a fortnight. If that goes badly, the RFL will have to borrow the Tardis. If the game goes as badly as Sunday, the new board may have to.
