The best laid plans of mice and men, eh...but seriously, I wish them well [and I mean that] but you have to wonder how they're going to accomplish it. Is the ground still owned by the Co-op btw, or am I way out of date?

Yes when the Co-op had to sell up to a hedge fund the Wall Street types asked if they could set them up with some hot Cougars - unfortunately this was mistranslated  |
