| Can someone who is attending please take some notes and help us who are further away/can't attend out by posting them on here. Many thanks!

| I have broken my left ankle. Well a bone in it. It's an Alvusion fracture I think. Not had a lot of luck this year with injurys. Hope to be back for the last game.
Good job I'm not a horse
Keep the faith

I'm presuming it's an avulsion fracture which basically means a tearing of the bone, if you inverted your ankle sharply inwards it might be an avulsion of the tuberosity of the 5th metatarsal where the ankle ligaments connect to the outside of the foot. Good treatment for any avulsion fracture in that area is an aircast - speeds up recovery lots - but they're costly (£100) and unlikely you'd get it on the NHS, but you can ask. If you can afford one yourself, the fracture clinic will remove the fibreglass cast and fit it for you.
Good link to info on ankle and foot injuries here: www.physioroom.com/injuries/ankl ... 7c2947d695
I was talking to Wagga about these on Sunday and he told me the Bulls use them for foot/ankle injuries. They allow you to take the cast off, wash your feet and do some calf massage and sometimes light physio etc, also allow you to weight bear a lot earlier which is good for the injury. Have a chat with your consultant about it next time you go in.
Thanks for all your good work, we need you back, it's coming to something when the mascot ends up injured as well!

| Thanks guys I really appreciate the support. I've been really unlucky this season as I tore my calf early in the season.
The cast is off and I have a gel brace on which seems really good. I'm also fully weight bearing now but it's still quite sore. I think your spot on with your diagnosis. That's exactly what I did. Like I say I hoping to be back for the last game.
Hope to see you on their.
Come on you Bulls
Mark

| If I heard him correctly I thought he said Potter would have the Cap to spend as he sees fit. I did have a few expensive beers so stand to be corrected. Also Hood or Duffy said Sykes was re-signed by Potter, again stand to be corrected. How long ago was Sykes contract renewed? When did Potter sign for us?

7741_1339451243.jpg When you're a Bradford fan there's always a light at the end of the tunnel.

| Very well supported event.
Don't think the panel avoided or dodged any of the questions apart from the ones regarding recruitment for next year.
There were one or two people who didn't seem to want to listen and kept bring up points that had already been addressed, mainly in regards to on field failure.
It was mentioned that we do not have the depth in playing staff to have a squad rotation policy that's effective as the young lads on the fringe of the 1st team are still a year or so away from where they're needed to be

| I'm sure someone (Adey) will write a full,comprehensive breakdown of what went on, but a brief summary would be:
New 3 year deal for Langley;
Potter has full cap next near;
Orford in regular contact with club and has spoken to Potter already re his future, says he's going nowhere;
Next year's season ticket deal to be 'most competitive and attractive to date';
By show of hands, shirt presentation evening to be held in the new year in the Coral Stand (not black tie);
The subject of Menzies re-signing was swiftly swept aside (not too promising);
We may see the end of certain 'exceptional costs' within the next two years.
All in all it was a good evening, despite a couple of gobes who simply couldn't wait for the open mic section to tell the board how sh*t they thought the club was. Idiots.
Oh and one guy very near the end of the evening with his incredibly depressing outlook on the whole situation that I actually found pretty hilarious!
