That's the big rumour mate.
I'd certainly go all out and being him over early, if he wants to come.

If we are talking rumours, he won't be doing much flourishing under Powell at Cas next year... and that isn't to say he won't sign for them either

| Why on earth are people discussing using a fullback to solve our scrum half problem again? Do people not learn anything?

Well said, he's most certainly not the answer! Mullaney seemed equally capable in either position but he's a rare talent is that lad. Well, when he's not injured. Such a shame he was always crocked otherwise i think he would have done alright in SL when he got his chance.
Its looking like we missed a beat on this Pewhairangi lad, will be interesting to watch him turn out for London this weekend

Totally agree, I was just pointing out he has played there. We need a marshalling 7 to let Gaskell (for the rest of this year) have some wider ball to play his natural game, not many of them about here who could realistically be an option hopefully with Smith his scouting network and knowledge wont end up with us taking chances like we have done in the past.

| The problem is though that it is not just one half-back we need, it is two. Gaskell seems to always be crocked and is probably taking up quite a decent chunk of the salary cap to sit on the treatment table. I really do not see why too many people would be that bothered if he DID go. Whilst I concede that he is a fine player, when fit, he is very rarely fit and, to me, is a complete liability.
The guy is like a tampon. He is in for a week and out for a month.

Plus a good kicking game.

| I think Addy will benefit from a move. He's played out of position more often than not and it's held him back as a player up until now. He's not the finished article as a backrower - his defence isn't good enough IMO.
If he's gone at least it should mean we don't keep playing him at halfback.
As for Clark I'd much rather have kept him. He's a bit raw but will go a long way.

| I think we'll miss Addy a lot more than you think and I would argue that we'll miss him more than Gaskell. Might not make the headlines every week but he's always there to do the job whenever the others go missing.

| Yet another Bradford academy product, playing for somebody else. Depressing.
