| Henry was 2 years iirc, it all depends on whether contracts are void. I would focus on a solid pack so a couple more props, and as suggested by PW71 a seasoned half back in the event of Gale going, then at least the engine is good. The most telling comment recently was Gales after the Wakefield game saying how good it was to play behind a pack that is going forward.
Would Glenn do a job for us?

| Quote Ferocious Aardvark="Ferocious Aardvark"Ferguson is hardly dead wood, he is injured and he and we have been unlucky in that. If he regains match fitness then I don't think there's any danger of him not playing SL somewhere next season.
Because of the apparent attitude of the team in many of the games we have played, and a number of other things that have accumulated, Cummins' stock has sharply fallen with me. Anyway, he has the ideal opportunity, even though we are now as good as relegated, to show that he is able to coach and motivate a consistent team. If we do put in a string of very respectable performances between now and the death then I think he would be a better proposition next year - wherever we are playing - and would probably be seen by many as one of the most prominent and leading coaches in the Championship. And he still has a large surplus of brownie points with me for the way he ahs conducted himself through our troubles. I just wonder whether he is the leader of men we so badly need.
I think Kearney would go down a storm in the Championship but don't see him wanting to play there. Gale would probably stay as where would he go, but I think he would do a lot better and hopefully be a lot less inconsistent at a lower level.
Not sure what Foster has done wrong. He could do a job.'"
Hull were after Gale in Feb, so guess some people rate him
didn't Anderson say he thought Olbison and Addy were good players the other week.
See Cas are looking to sign Matt Cook and Scott Moore with Daryl Clark going to Warrington and Huby to Huddersfield. Already started at London, when will it start with us?

Would Glenn do a job for us?'" I'm fairly sure Henry was only a 12 month deal. If we only have room for 1 overseas player in the Championship I'd rather we didn't waste it on him. Nas would be a better option in my opinion. That's if we can hang on to him like you say.
Glenn? Glenn Morrison? He's just signed a new deal at Dewsbury so that's a nonstarter.
I'd imagine that most of the first team squad will have some sort of 'relegation clause' in their contracts. Players could potentially walk away for nothing at the end of the year. Who knows whats going to happen.
2 points this weekend would be nice.

As a Wakefield fan, I'd be worried if you got him now.
He could make a lot of things at Bradford work.

Ferguson has hardly played, he's on more a game than Sonny Bill Williams. He will no doubt be fit and well to turn out for a side not getting battered every week, next season.
Cummins is similar to Mcnamara, a nice guy, but i bet no club in super league would have swapped him for their current coach (apart from wakey and Agar).
Kearney is injured more than he plays, Gale plays one game in 10, and Foster spends more time on social media banging on about his new car or his latest betting tips.
Marc Green has been very shrewd in not getting rid of Cummins due to the costs incurred. We have been as good as relegated since we lost 6 points and lost our 3 best players.

Is shrewd the word, don't you think we could have been in the mix with a couple more wins with a different coach (2 out of Widnes, HKR away or Salford home). Winnable games that slipped out of our grasp

| Too big a hill to climb without your 3 best players, I would probably have done it a little different, but you can see why he's done what he has.
Maybe a change of coach and a couple of "good" new players may have made a difference, but who knows.

I agree, our current situation is just the sort of thing JK thrives in.

| Probably fair comment. Whatever happened to the golden crop of youngsters we were developing in the mid 2000's. lots of props and 2nd rows, no half backs to excite and lead the club forward!
