Given there's a story on the back of tonights T&A where Potter is bemoaning the fact that he can't get on with signing up players for next year due to the clubs current financial position, I don't think this story has legs.

I think he'd be a good short term option. We need another three quarter. I think Keith Senior and Adrian Purtell would be quite a imposing force on the right for 18 months or so. ATEOTD, We don't have a junior back knocking the door down so I don't see what the problem would be signing a tough experienced campaigner that would add some steel to the defence on Whiteheads side. He'd also be able to pass on his experience and knowledge to any hopeful backs we have, not sure who the potential lies with in the junior sides though.
