The "house"? Your blue-rinse neighbours will be MOST put-out with you, and will point out that in Ilkley one posesses a "mansion", and a "cottage" that the estate manager is permitted to occupy. And maybe a kennel or two for the other staff (the butler lives in a pantry, of course). Unless of course by "the House" you are referring to e.g "Tot House", or to a mini-palace that is referred to locally as "The House", in which case then OK you may escape admonishment.

Regarding "Tories", I suspect most members of the Ilkley Con Club would be entirely at ease with you stoning most "Tory" members of the present "government" since they would profess them to all be plastic pinko liberals anyway...? Could we pay extra to buy a bucket of slightly smaller rocks for the investment bankers? So we get a good few days' entertainment out of each?

Some good ideas here, like the food festival idea. Think a 'Bradford Bulls Curry Festival' could be a good shout, hopefully begin some relationships between the club and the asian community of the city and judging by the 1,088 posts on the RAB Curry Guide thread I think there would be a fair bit of interest.

Perhaps something that could be staged in the summer.. sunshine, curry stalls, the bulls whats not to like?

There needs to be a permanent curry stall or two there. A link up with Aagrah or Mumtaz. Chapatti instead of rice( can't reheat rice) and three curries- meat , chicken & veg. Keep it simple but tasty.

I can't understand why we don't have curry stands all over the stadium, does anyone else know?

I think they gave the contract for food in the stadium to one firm that sun contracts to the rat burger vans etc. Not sure of the economics or it.

I'd love there to be a curry stall in the stadium, the food has been pretty grim for years and I wouldn't touch it with a bargepole, the chippy at Odsal top is much better.
