Anyone have a list for players available over here?
I think a lot depends on other factors and remembering that players who appear to be unavailable suddenyl become available during the year.
I would avoid back rowers due to our good juniors and elima/langley. with scruton,koppy,lynch, hargreaves plus crossley and burgess i would avoid props, disco and likely heath i would avoid hookers so it reall is a backs game.
Cooper and Hodges are not players i would chase to be honest. Cooper gets a lot of rave reviewers on here but not somone I am overly impressed with.

A lot depends on our own OOC backs to be honest - walker,ainscough,ah van, herbert, raynor.

I reckon we should throw silly money at Lockyer to convince him to go for another year.

His involvement in the opening try on Friday night was superb.

Hohaia, Reddy, Foran would be nice.

There's a lot more on that list who i'd like us to sign too!

Sandow would be superb, always seems to find the gaps.

A decent centre would be nice.

Idris is patchy. An absolute monster when he gets moving but a liability in defence. He's only a kid though so he will learn how to read a set pattern. Anyway, NO CHANCE



We are trying our hardest to re-sign him and rumours are that he isnt for off agreeing a 4 year contract but Newcastle are the team he'll go to if that doesnt happen.

As for Widdop, he wont come back. His immediate family are there and the money is in the NRL these days due to the exchange rate. Plus he's looking good in the Storm 1st team and I reckon theyll snap him back up in no time.

Flanagan will be back over here next year though. He had a solid year last year but cant break into the team this term, even with 9 men out.
