Wishing injury on any Super League player, regardless of who he plays for, is not good is it?

| Comment all you want Dilli, I stand by it. McGuire ruined what could have been a great advertisement for our sport with a blatant deliberate bit of cheating. Justice imo.
McClennan must have been out of line too earlier this season?

Then I'll say the same thing to you that i said to Wiganers who were glad he got injured. This sport does not need or want people like you that think an injury is a good or justified thing. To call an injury that required a stretcher, to any player, justice, is utterly pathetic.
RL has always been respectful of injury and people like you bring the good name of the sport down.
IMO

And yet you could have salvaged yourself.
Wishing an injury on any individual in any sport is totally unacceptable. It goes beyond, quite simply, what's right and wrong. That you have no moral code in that regard is pish poor form.
It was a great game tonight irrespective of a 2 second action; one which incidentally wasn't deemed a penalty. Joel Tomkins was lucky to stay on the field for a stupid kick, similarly cheating/breaking rules. Similarly Sam Tomkins conned 3 pens from the ref for "holding". Had Richard landed said resulting penalty would you remain steadfast in your views? Thought not.
Either way, wishing a player injury and perversely seeing it as justice is wrong. Least of all one who would have been hopefully representing our country in Oz.
You have a fecked up sense of right and wrong. Bang out of line.

Agreed. Pathetic.
Many players, including our own would and have pulled players back in the heat of the moment to try prevent a try. To say that means they deserve an injury is shocking.
Well done Leeds. To do what they did being down on troops is pretty special. They just will not go away.

Shameful & pathetic. It was a penalty offence & if it had occurred earlier in the game would have been a yellow. If anything though, it added to the tension at the end. I think what ruined it for you was Leeds winning, you sad person.

| It's complete fallout on the Wigan board. I thought we got upset when we lost, but many of that lot think they have a god given right to win everything!
Alibert's to blame....
McGuire's a cheat.....
Joel Tomkins was bit before he kicked McGuire.....
Tomkins didn't kick McGuire that hard so shouldn't be banned.....
Sam Tomkins doesn't milk penalties.....
They are just a few of the wonderful words of wisdom on many of the threads about the game.
A great game decended into farce at the end last night. Alibert has improved, but to give him a game like that was nuts. Maybe those who went to the night with Cummins could have asked him to rank his refereees!
My view on the incident at the end was that Carmont was pulled back by McGuire, but mainly because McGuire's knee went and he fell on him. OK - he made sure he grabbed onto him but nobody seems to have taken into account that there is no way Carmont was going to beat the rest of the Leeds team to the try-line had Richards been able to hold up and pass to him. That was a penalty in Wigans half.
Donald was committed to the tackle on Richards in my opinion. However, if the penalty was given for that - and all things considered that was the reason, why was the penalty not 10 yards further forward where the ball bounced before it went into touch? Maybe a qualified ref can give a definitive answer to that?
Wigan should have kicked to touch from the penalty, they would of had one play at a drop goal from about 20 yards and then go to extra time.
Wrong decision to go for goal with Richards already missing two "easier" chances.

| Ewwenorfolk showed his true colours. Else where on Rlfans he wished McGuire was out for 10 months.
Tell me Ewwenorfolk, did Sam Tomkins not cheat by holding onto players in the tackle to milk a penalty? Yes he did, twice. At least one of the penalties lead to a Wigan try. But would you see me or any other Rhinos fan wishing an injury on Tomkins? Thankfully I have more class.
