U nderperforming
L imper than a week old iceberg lettuce
L ess impressive than my appearance on who wants to be a millionaire (but not by much) when I didn't even reach a thousand quid.
S oul destroying to walk away from every week.
Because that is what is the worst thing for me. I still fool myself into looking forward to going up to Odsal on a Sunday. In this weather a pint in Cue Gardens and then into the ground is still a great way to spend my time but the feeling afterwards is getting harder and harder to stomach. How long can it be before you start not to care anymore? I haven't written this season off yet because I still reckon we are only three wins off a play off place (but can we win three games from the six? I'd say you can forget half of them already with us playing Hull KR, Saints and Wigan away). But would you rather the season ended and we can start thinking about next year or see your team embarrassed in the play offs? Is making the play offs that important if you haven't got a cat in hells chance of even winning the first match? In 2007 I'd have much rather seen the team not qualify than the collapse against Wigan (in hindsight of course).'"
Remaining fixtures (the ones in bold mean a win) :
Castleford: Wire (A), Wakey (H), Crusaders (A), Hull KR (A), Leeds (H), Saints (A). = 24 points
Bradford: Salford (H), Hull KR (A), Catalans (H), Saints (A), Wakey (H), Wigan (A). = 21 points
Wakefield: Hull FC (H), Cas (A), Saints (H), Giants (A), Wire (H), Bulls (A), Salford (A). = 20 points.
Out of those remaining games, I can see us getting maybe 4 points at least with the three games at home. It would be nice for us to get 6 points but I'm under no illusions that we'll leave Craven Park, Knowsley Road and the DW stadium with nothing and even then should Castleford get the three wins needed to see us out of the play-off race.
It's all depressing reading and thinking.

Have some faith, look at the run at the back end of last season - no one would have predicted that.
Things will have to drastically improve, but 4 wins is within our reach (if we can find some form).

I've seen some poor performances in my time:
1998 Bradford 6-26 Leeds
1998 Salford 11-10 Bradford
1998 London 22-8 Bradford played at Tynecastle
1998 Bradford 18-38 Sheffield
1999 Leeds 45-16 Bradford
1999 St Helens 58-14 Bradford
2003 Bradford 12-22 London
2005 Bradford 0-30 Leeds
2006 St Helens 42-18 Bradford
2008 Leeds 44-2 Bradford
I'll stop at the Leeds game because there is quite a few from 2009 and 2010.
But yesterday I can say was the worst Bradford performnace under the Bulls name.

| Not as bad as Warrington at home last season, or Crusaders at MM, or Crusaders away.

| The problem is it's not just about last night. It's about the last few seasons and how we have gotten progressively worse. All the talking has amounted to nothing. The Players who have tried and the Players who have performed must be as demoralised as the Fans. And to a large degree it's these Players that are being paraded before the Press and Fans to tow the Club Line. You know, "we know what we've done wrong" "It's the silly little things we need to get right" "We have to work on our discipline" "we'll put it right in training" and all the other BS they have come out with. History will show how poor we became under McNamara. Let's just hope it's not too late to recover!

I didn't go.
But I can't see it being much worse than Wire at home.

That's why I said in the opening post on this thread, that it's not about last night, but what has been happening for some time now.
