We've got one of the best young prospects in SL, voted best RL teenager a couple of years ago. We have won a major trophy in the past decade, which half the clubs in SL haven't, including you. We have a few good players coming through: Crookes, Olbison, Donaldson. We have money left under the cap, and if the right player comes along Macca will make a bid. Whilst I appreciate Wakefield are doing well at the moment, you won't have any silverware this year, so you will be on equal terms with us at the start of next season. Our season may be looking over already, but as there's no relegation, next year can only be an improvent. There's two options for You lot, do your usual and fail after a good start. Or.... Maintain your good run, do okay in play-offs but get knocked out late on, then dissapoint next season when you have nothing to drive you forward. |
