Seems to me judging by the last round, any team captain who has the Fergy Factor to motivate his troops to actually play holds the key. I think that some of these players are clearly too highly paid. I would put them on the transfer list myself, or give them a Fergie Hairdryer.

I doubt Fergie is restricted to emailing his hairdryer treatment, & doubt it would be as effective. Anyway I'm a modern manager, in the Mick Potter stylee. My hair is equally as impressive.

You could always make a substitution. There's no rule against it so far as I can see. Though the player registration would need to be FA-approved

BTW there is still this round and next for more contestants to join in - as long as they come in threes, because we need even numbers for each team. Anyone want to join the waiting list? Or captains send out some invites?
