Hopefully will be signing a new contract at Cas.

| Must surely be looking at a FB and move BK into halves or a an actual 6 to replace Sutty until Gaskell is back.

Cas born and bred isnt he so I would be extremely surprised if he came to the Bulls.
Got to love if Wikepedia page though
"[iCraig Huby (born 21 May 1986 (age 27) in Pontefract) is an English rugby league player for the Castleford Tigers in the European Super League.
Married to Victoria, they have 2 children and live locally to Castleford where he grew up and plays.
Craig Huby's position of choice is as a Prop.
Craig is the twelfth longest serving player at Castleford Tigers after making his debut for the club in 2001 aged just 3 (I assume it means 13)
Craig had a solid season in 2001 He improved further in 2002 and scored 7 tries in super league, the highest scoring prop that year for Castleford, and once again improved in 2003 and had another solid season for Castleford.
2004 saw a fantastic start for Craig and he was tipped for England honours after several eye catching displays. Unfortunately Craig picked up an injury early into the season and missed the rest of the season. He will be hoping to come back for 2004 bigger and better.
It was announced in March 2014 by Guinness World Records that Huby has the 3rd lowest number of brain cells for a man in the northern hemisphere.[/i" < I am unable to confirm or deny this?

If we're struggling I'd stick kear at FB and Kearney to SO. Prefer Kear at FB to Foster as he's safer under the high ball and offers more in attack. If they can remove the 'crab' element to Kear's game he could be a great player.
Think it's a better option that Addy at 6. Suppose it'll come down to who's fit.

| Huby would be an excellent signing but can't see it myself.
Whoever the Bulls end up signing, we need better than squad players (although we need them as well). We need players of equal or better ability that the 3 we lost if we have any chance of staying up.

| I think it was but he couldn't get his visa whilst the club was being transferred from one owner to another.
I think we're no further forward in that regard. Now under new ownership, the club has to apply to the border agency so that they can employ iindividuals from overseas, it was in the press that this process can take weeks.
At the minute, although there have been rumours that Manly are interested, Mexico is playing for the PNG league outfit in Australia.

Gaskell due back for Salford game. Sure we can manage against Oldham in meantime with foster or kear at FB. Forwards have to be priority for signings given we've probably quite limited funds available.

| think playing for PNG Hunters in the Queensland cup is a stepping stone to the NRL....will take a pretty high transfer fee and salary to get him

But Wakefield had Sammut registered in time to play us, so does that only count for players already in this country or is there a fast track option?

Unless he tells them that he's not happy and wants to leave. Then he can go wherever he wants. Seem to remember that's how it works.

The Bulls don't yet have the permission from the government to sign players from outside the EU. This needs to be done (under the new company name) before any overseas signings can be made. This did not apply to Wakefield, as they have been trading with this licence for years.
