| Lets not forget.
This is people's lives these bâstards at the RFL are playing with, for God's sake!!!!
We are beyond upset? THEY must be bloody devastated.
That statement fom the ex-board is pretty well dymamite. If they can support all they said (and if not, I guess they had better have deep pockets...) I have never read such a damning indictment of the conduct of a governing body.
There has to be some agenda running here. Maybe we will find out eventually what it is.

| Quote: Wooden Stand "If Mr Lamb is still interested, I guess his revised offer will be lower than before. So the Administrator will be getting even less for the creditors of OK Bulls now. '"
Indeed.
Quote: Wooden Stand "So, as at now, the Bradford Bulls reverts to the ownership of OK Bulls! '"
No no no, the club is in the hands of the administrator. It is nothing to do with OK any more.
If the administrator hasn't got a sale then he just liquidates the old company. It still has the assets - such as they are so they are all up for grabs. That presumably doesn't include the players who will all become free agents.
Quote: Wooden Stand "Are the Bulls 3 still the directors of OK Bulls or have they resigned? '"
They are directors of BB2014 and their position is nothing to do with it now. BB2014's only involvement was bidding for, and having a temporary licence and provisional purchase of the business. As the offer to buy has now been withdrawn, BB2014 goes back to being a company with no function.
Quote: Wooden Stand "- or the Administrator of OK Bulls needs to sell Bradford Bulls for whatever he can get. But the person buying the Club has first to be assessed as 'fit and proper' by the RFL.
Mr Lamb has already passed that test. So, if he wants it, looks like he can buy Bradford Bulls off the Administrator today (or maybe leave it till tomorrow morning) for next to nothing. '"
if you were him, (or any other interested person) would you be remotely interested? i can't imagine that anyone will be, not on these terms.
Quote: Wooden Stand "Either way, the Bulls 3 have really burnt their boats with the RFL after their statement today.'"
I think it is the RFL that lit the fire. But either way, the fat lady has not only sung, she's got changed and fecked off into the distance.

But at least Cas and Wakey fans are happy eh?'"
The situation at the Bulls does not make me feel happy in the slightest. Not all Wake (or Cas for that matter) fans like to wallow in someone else's misfortunes; we have enough of our own, thanks.

| The RFL have just killed the bulls and are killing off the game as well. Shocking treatment. We need a new governing body ASAP.
feel for the players atm, hopefully they can rally together, can't see it happening though with these BS sanctions they've put on us.

| Quote: TonyGee "To be honest, you have to be a complete and utter moron to post on another clubs board taking the mick when something like this has happened. It appears yorkshire has more than its fair share of small minded idiots with access to the internet.
For Bradford this may not be the disaster it first looks, altho it certainly wont seem that way atm. Everything i have heard from Bradford over the last 5 years or so is bad, there has been a rot at the club that they have struggled to fight effectively that has led to such a state. When a club of this size can be run in such a manner for such a long length of time without ever seeming to break the cycle something has to give.
To hear the constant complaining about the half money issue, we have to remember the club bought themselves back into SL with that money, by rights they should have been facing losing their franchise and relegation at that time. The club took a risk, and it turned out to be just another blunder the join the long list of blunders.
Look at Widnes, A smaller club than Bradford, were given a 3 match point deduction in a relegation year and a couple of months before the season only had 5 players. We fought on to survive that year, and turn the business around, we were then refused entry into SL based on our previous administration ( Punished twice ) but we battled on and now we are as strong as we have ever been off the pitch. And we did that with Less fans than Bradford have.
The club will only die if the supporters of Bradford dont feel the club is worth fighting for.
Looking at things, Bradford could realy do with a fresh start, with the supporters on board helping to run things and P&R in place it would not be too long before you were back, re-energised and ready to take RL by storm again. This is the perfect time to make a clean break and start again without all the baggage you have been accumulating over the last few years. Bradford have been limping allong now for a good few years, had you been a horse the black curtain would have been drawn and you would have been shot long before now. Hard as it seems now, look at this as on opportunity to take your club back and run it how it should always have been run.
Ignore the fools who find this situation funny, I remember driving home from headingly after Cas destroyed us in the play off final, listening on the radio as it was announced we were entering administration and feeling sick. Now i look back and remember that day as the bottom, its been a uphill battle since then but worth every minute.
I have no intention of annoying Bradford fans with this post, i just hope you have enough heart as a group of supporters to pull through this.'"
Good post, I agree wholeheartedly. You guys have to ignore the idiots, put blame to one side and save your club through your actions and passion. There are many people to blame for the sad decline of your club, but what is any club about really? Supporters and Heritage in my view, myself and others like Tony Gee support other clubs and value the heritage of other clubs, that does not mean we are not empathetic. Don't give up, as much as you feel you have been kicked in the knackers today, you guys collectively are the club, not Caisley, Hood, OK or Moore.
On that note, I feel you may be better off long term without Mark Moore, my perception is he has not led you well in recent months however good his intentions may have been. He seems too fond of brinksmanship and a fait accompli, I would cite the Christmas Eve resignations and the ill advised statements on the club web site of 1 Feb and today. If he had appealed for help from the RFL rather than demanded it you may be in a better place today, but that is water under the bridge.
Just don't give up, you are better than that. Good luck.

| TBH, anyone coming in to buy the club now can tell the creditors to go whistle. There's no incentive at all to give them a penny. THAT is the precedent the RFL have set now.
Admin? Take a 6pt hit and screw over anyone you owed money to.

Has a cas fan does this make me happy?? Err no. I feels desperately sorry for the players/staff of the club and there families. I believe the rfl had no choice but to give out a punishment has it would have been completely unfair on those clubs that have been punished in the past.
I don't see it has a long term disaster for the bulls but it will mean re-building from the bottom up something cas/widnes and hkr have all had to do.

But at least Cas and Wakey fans are happy eh?'" why are you bitter toward Cas we have no fear of relegation we are in strong when it comes to finances so I have no idea why you singled us out. Cas was told to try help your directors out to how run club pre season. I am not glad about you going bust which will happen now but how this club as been run by idiots needed some thing doing and for me you 6 points which is fair.

| wouldn't it be nice if teams like wigan, saints, leeds, warrington played you with an academy team and you took the points and they gave you back the money the RFL stole from you....What would the RFL do then..??

| Personally i think you will make those 6 points up fairly quick if that squad you have now stays together. Everybody knows the RFL are poor and not fit for purpose even at administration it seems.
I don't think you can complain at the 6 points deduction to be honest as its the general punishment for administration, but they shouldn't then also punish you by putting other restriction on the club such as only giving you half the funding and not allowing new signings.
Also not sure about your new club directors pulling out at every little hick up and spitting the dummy out on this occasion. I think a siege mentality would be a lot more effective as i reckon they will be back within a week.
Plus side to all this your club is now debt free the RFL just need to allow you to perform like a normal super league club and not like a leper. Would be an attractive club to purchase in those circumstances, all the hard work is done.

| So, the points sanction is "up to 6 points", dependent on the circumstances of the Insolvency event and the amount of money creditors are paid....
Now that the administrator is looking for a buyer again, how do the RFL know how much a buyer would pay the creditors?

| I can imagine this feels terrible, but it's not the end.
8+8+8 could have come at a good time for Bradford. While it's by no means certain you'll go down, if you do then coming in the top 4 of the second tier next year with a restructured club finally running affordably from a clean slate should be very possible.
Competitive games and an entertaining season in 2015 followed by promotion is what you can look forward to. Even in the worst case scenario and you have to reform as Bradford Northern and start from the bottom you'd be back in the top flight within two years. Just don't let Caisley anywhere near things.
