My first thought when I read this, and I'm probably wrong, but wasn't a large number of board members and investors one of the main problems the last lot had? And they basically couldn't agree on anything?

Part of problem was that previous shareholding split meant no single person had a majority. Caisley was largest shareholder but not majority shareholder so could be outvoted. Presumably OK will retain majority shareholding this time. Interesting that it mentions sutcliffe as an investor. Common perception has been he was just a figurehead and didn't actually put any funds in.

Still dont understand the Chase problem, he can play for England due to residency but cant bet a work permit as he is a Zealander???, its either one or the other.
