| Absolutely disgusting what Koppy did to not only his team mates but every1 who made trip to South of France too. Really don"t know what has annoyed me more him doing the dirty on the other lads or the fact he has joined the "Sir Ken" funded championship sized club HUDDS/SHEFF for simply more money. I love how he couldn"t turn down working with Paul Anderson, well I suppose that means he will be great till about June along with rest of the HUDDS/SHEFF pack assuming Fielden plays at all with his injury record.
Saying hes putting his family first is just a kopout lol no pun intended, if he was a footballer he would have been rightly villified for been completely motivated by greed. I know people will read this and say GOOD RIDDANCE to me but this has genuinely made me want to stop following RL altogether as we are becoming no better than football it seems our players have just as little loyalty just on a smaller scale because of it been a much smaller sport with a lot less money in the game.

I disagree. I feel pretty disappointed by the whole saga due to a number of factors.
Craig let the fans down, he let the club down, and (most importantly) he let his team mates down. It's all okay saying he was just looking after his family and he was obviously disappointed by the amount that team mates were getting paid, but he never even waited to see what the new owners had in mind for him. If he was disappointed with his current wage, i'm sure this would have been up for discussion this season, with his contract expiring at the end of 2013. Instead he took advantage of the predicament the club was in.
The whole way he handled the situation, was just motivated by greed. I won't be wishing him well, and ill happily 'Boo' him when he next visits Odsal!

Really couldn"t agree with this quote more Good riddance! We only want players who are committed to the Bulls! Is funny when an Aussies like Heath and Nas show more commitment than someone who came through our academy and was supposed to be proud to be our number 10!

| Given the new, long term deals being offered to home grown lads since OK Bulls took charge, as well as the fact that all the players were paid for the length of the administration, it would seem the whole "looking after my family" argument does sound very hollow.
It seems that Kopout has been taking career advice from his international coach. A man who knows all about being a mercenary.

Spot on ME. Always thought he was decidedly average. Forgot all about him when he was out after his injury against Leeds at the Etihad. Didn't think we missed him at all.

| Despite helping out with the ticket donations to the BB's hardship fund, there seems to be an underlying annimosity from the Shudders management! Despite the denials there would have been indirect contact, the grass may look greener but its liable to go brown. Would they have gone for him if he had been at Wakey or Cas say?? I just wonder!

| Well at least you got some money for him, in the end it was probably the best outcome for the Bulls. If he had to stay it would have been no good and if he went with no fee it could have caused issues for other clubs with contracts.
As for people saying he should not have a hard time. It's sport, if you are not going to be passionate about sport what's the point, may as well just watch wipeout on TV. Fans are there to give players a hard time and get involved in the game. Do we not boo when goals are kicked and wave arms about.
We used to give Gary Connelly Hell when he moved to Wigan, I din't not dislike the bloke but as far as he was concerned when he took to that Rugby pitch he was not playing 13 men, he was playing a whole town of hatred. People may say players don't care and it does not effect their performances, but it obviously does. If you can get under the skin of just one player in the opposition, it means his mind is not 100% on the task in hand when playing against you.
Many a time when opposition players used to walk or run the touchline during a game warming up, it was always a good oppertunity to stir a little and it does not have to be anything involving swearing or abuse, simply watch out for ...... Kevin Penny never even played for Saints but he got heckled for being a weak spot on kicks and he felt that pressure.

| Since it appears that we are to receive the 30 pieces of silver from Huddersfield. How would it best spent? Props, centres, wings or on the remaining "old boys", Addy etc.. I hope it's on the "old boys" with the balance on a prop. One out - one in.

However much it is I can't see it being spent on a transfer fee, if that's what you're implying. For me it's more likely to go into the pot, maybe to be used for contract payments.
