Learn to read Adey FFS. I never said anything about finances. I simply said that I have got it in the neck for suggesting that Mr Hood is a fraud and somewhat "flexible with the truth" for ages now.

Hope you get out of this mess, however throwing money at Peter Hood can not be the way out.

Peter Hood says if the club raises the amount needed, then the long term future of the club is secure, yet where is the proof. The best thing for the Bulls IMO is administration, followed by some kind of fan buyout.

Im the secretary of Leighs Independant supporters ass and we have been in trouble and only just managed to save ourselves we are paying the Vat back from last year via the rfl s money from this year, so we rallyied together as a club and we are making a go of it things still are tough and hopefully we will pull through it stronger, it means this year we had to go with less players give the younger lads a chance and also ask players to play for less for their home town team.
LISA thats our independant supporter name have given the club so far this season £20000 and we have 400 members all giving at least £5 a month.

We also run the coaches to away games which makes money for us to donate at the end of the season, we do a forecast comp every week, we have poker nights etc , this plus a very good lottery which we run jointly with lancashire cricket club and then we have a touchdown club which has a season ticket include in your membership.

Absolutely agree. The guy who has stuffed up your club, is asking you, the fans, to give him another half a million pounds to flush down the bog. The future for Bradford lies with different owners, who actually have a clue what they are doing.

They're Rugby League players not Premiership Footballers. Yes they are on a good wage but this is what they do for a living. And If you have no money are they actually getting paid?? Personally I don't think the players should be doing anything here, If i was them I'd look for the quickest way out before it gets worse. As a rugby league fan I hope you come through this but as a realist I think something needs to sorted by the RFL before the Leeds game. If you can't fulfil commitments for the rest of the season how can they allow you just play until you die. If the dogs got a few weeks to live you take it to the vet and put it out of its misery. Sorry but thats just how I see it.

Who actually owns Odsal? Is it the RFL or do they just own the lease and it is owned by someone else (Council?)?

I was shocked to read this when I opened up the laptop this morning. And much as I enjoy extracting the urine, I have to say Mr Hood's request for a donation of £100 beats anything I could come up with!

Bradford have a proud history and have represented Yorkshire well at the highest levels of our sport. I genuinely hope there is some way forward for you, as rugby League would be a poorer place without you.
