I think Chisolm is a Robbie Paul when we need a Henry Paul. Moments of genius and long periods of being missing. Robbie was better than that but you get my drift.

He seems to recycle the same pattern - looks like a world-beater for the first few months at a new club before settling into anonymity, followed by a fall out with the coach.

Leigh now have no space for Jy Hitchcox who has been loaned to Rochdale for a couple of weeks.

Jy was originally handed the No2 shirt but was crocked early in the season. The resulting reshuffle (with Leigh at that point short on numbers) saw his centre, Brand given a wing berth outside Chamberlain and they've really clicked sharing 14 tries equally between them. Brand is an ever-present this season, Jy has only played 4 games.

The arrival of Inu to play outside MacDonald (18 tries between them) has seen Nisbet, the original No5's, star fall too. The last playing only 6 games and one of those completely out of position.

Barring a massive injury epidemic, it looks a long way back for Jy who looked a good signing when made.

One of his two tries this season saw quick acceleration from a virtually standing start, couple of strides and a flying finish.
