| Quote Bullseye="Bullseye"There was a rumour a while back going on about a club being in dispute with its kit supplier. I wonder if that's us? It'd explain this shambles.'"
If it is us that’s being referred to, wonder if dispute is re: sizing. Ie we ordered x amount of small, medium, large etc and we’re arguing that kappa have supplied x amount of super small, extra small and small? . Could see how we could be arguing they should supply ordered amount is sizes we expect but equally it would have up to to us specify the sizing in terms of chest sizing and not just assume their definition of S,M and L matched ours.

| It would be typical if we're in dispute with them but it was our balls up with the ordering. I doubt we'll ever find out but it must be costing a few quid not having any shirts to sell.

In defence of the club, I picked up a large home shirt and in the collar advised was a large also. The actual size was a large junior shirt.

That would make a lot of sense, or even questioning the quality of the material considering what a lot of fans have said about it. But if it was the case, and it was the club taking an issue up with Kappa, why keep it quiet? Tell people that's the issue. You don't have to advertise it to everyone, but you can at least tell those that come in asking where their replacement shirt is. Then the customer service that everyone currently thinks is crap, is suddenly improved massively because at least you're being given a reason.
Instead of this "Oh your shirt doesn't fit, well we might swap it in a few months for you, might not, don't really know" guff that paying customers are currently getting.
I'm sure the club are as miffed about the situation as fans, because as has been rightly said, they'll be losing money out of this for people that want refunds or just won't bother. But equally there's ways of dealing with it and ways of treating your customers well in bad situations, and it doesn't appear they're very good at that.

| Shirts has been a mess for years, though this year takes the biscuit.
Two clubs ago I complained that there was nowhere to be seen a Size Chart - i.e yer actual chest/waist measurements of each size. This is standard. Anywhere you order form a million places on t'internet you can find actual size charts for most ranges. And the Bulls sell online, so I'd have thought it was essential.
But no. Too hard. They said that the shirts only come with letter sizes (S,M,XXL etc) but I pointed out that anyone in the office could take one of eahc out of the bag and measure it, job done. But - too hard.
And so we have to guess.
That's less bad if you go to the club shop in person, but a complete nightmare if you order otherwise, especially since the recent versions of XL etc have seemingly been allotted by dwarves in sub-Saharan Africa. Nobody's shirts fit.
The quality has been pretty poor, especially comparing with many old school shirts, but fans aren't prevented from buying by that (which is probably why cheapo shirts are ordered) but getting a shirt that is half the desired size is unacceptable.
Significant loss of income for the club, and a significant dent in goodwill. Doesn't make sense to me at all.

| To be fair to the club, when I went into the shop to buy mine, which was in the first couple of days of going on sale, the staff advised me to pick a size a couple up from my normal so I got an XXL instead of my normal L and I'm happy with it. Well, I'm happy with the size though the quality, flimsy material and not the best stitching, does leave a little to be desired.

Similar experience here as well. Each week I have a look online or either try and pop into the shop before a game and I've never been able to find what I want in stock or in the correct size. I have money ready to spend but the club are missing out on this.

| Purely because I don't want to start a new thread on this, and it's kind of related in the idea of customer service.
When the Bulls were selling season tickets this year, did they advertise them as including entry to home reserve & academy games too? I seem to remember seeing it, but not sure if I'm getting confused with the previous season.
Because I notice when they decide to play them at Dudley Hill, they're saying even season ticket holders have to pay. If they advertised those as part of your season ticket package, surely that was false advertising, regardless of what ground they decide to play the game at?

I've no doubt the money is staying at Dudley Hill. But if they advertised free to season ticket holders, then play them at another ground and charging, that's still false advertising. If they're going to choose to play them at another ground, then they should be covering the costs really.
I expect there'll be some small print somewhere that says it doesn't count if away from Odsal, but I'd be interested to see if that was the case or if they're just getting away with it on loyalty grounds like they are with the shirt situation.
