I hope they survive, however there does appear to be a lack of interest in the local area, and are having trouble raising a team and fulfilling fixtures.
In answer to the OP i notice there is nothing on the Keighley forum offering assistance, i suggest that this is just fourth division trolling!

I was born in Bramley and spent my first 5 years there. The idea of them not existing is absolutely absurd when you consider they were beating everyone in Div 3 (or whatever its called) year on year relatively recently.

Its not absurd when you think about it, they as has been said raid local clubs for players, who then due to play offs etc have to wait for players to come back as i know some of them were getting paid! You would have thought the money would have been better spent on giving th eclub some structure as someone has said all they are are a name, no 2nd tea, no juniors, no ground, and as for beating all in front of them they have won the competition twice since its inception in 2003!

I'm not sure it is lack of interest in RL that is the problem in Bramley. It is probably more that kids now naturally are drawn to more successful clubs, there is a general reduction in kids playing competitive sport & there are plenty of alternative RL clubs in the immediate vicinity.

Not sure about any plans to have a junior set up. It would seem pretty hard to do as the team play out of Stanningley, which already has a big junior set up and plays in NCL.

I suppose that's been a long term problem for such as Bramley, and I guess Hunslet too. Neither are going to outscore the Rhinos in popularity and maybe local clubs in general are going to lose out to big city rivals for fans at games, but there's no logical reason why both can't find their own local niche, even if it means being feeder clubs for the Headingley outfit. That said I'm not sure the new rules regarding junior sides at SL clubs does teams like Bramley any favours.

Once upon a time they were contemperies , briefly even equals of the mighty Northern , with a long history .
