I don't think we could ask for a better opener at Odsal. Bulls v current Champions.. surely we should be looking at a 15k crowd for our 1st game?

Good point, yes I would hope for that attendance, or higher.

I'm optimistic enough to say 20,000!!

Just about every season ticket holder will attend the first home game. We have the 10000+ normal ST holders, pensioners, kids etc.

And i'm sure Wigan will bring 5,000+ for their first away game as champions.

Cannot wait! Makes the season feel even closer. Good test of our new squad, although I would hope people won't get too pessimistic if we lose to Leeds and Wigan first two games. Our squad needs time to gel. But I'm happy with 22nd in France, my birthday weekend that will fall on, people are welcome to join haha!

I don't think there's too many who are that stupid.

Certainly two very tough tests, but getting a couple of the big fixtures out of the way early may help in getting the team settled and playing well as we have a few "easier" games.

I can't wait!

Easter Monday is a crap time to play Catalans, on the positive side Barca are at home on the Sunday.

b, We have a world club challenge a week after visiting Odsal

So don't expect half of 5,000+ to turn up to a dank miserable, cold, probably snow ridden Odsal in dark February.
