It creates the wrong atmosphere for a family game. It's fine for groups of lads, but if I had a family, there's no way I'd take it to Hull's ground until they sort it out. That doesn't look like happening any time soon as it's been there for years.

and why were all the stewards looking our way?

Because apparently the home fans are allowed to be as threatening and abusive as they like. Or at least that's the impression I've got every time I've seen chav corner.

What did the Rovers fan do to get turfed out that the FC fans nearest us weren't doing?

the rovers fan would of got the fc lot into a big ol grumpy mood and problary they started shouting loads more of abuse, who knows. do the stewards think rugby is the same as football with all the abuse? i'd like to keep rugby a family game i dont mind a bit of banter between fans but when i have been to the kc it's been a bit OTT remember takeing my cousin who was only 9 at the time last year and some idiot did the cut throat sign, this needs to stop before it gets like football and tarnishes the game of RL.

Hi everyone

I know PM's work well but we cannot talk about it until everything is dealt with by the Police who were fantastic and by Hull FC themselves, it was bad but could have been so much worse.

The main thing is we are okay, sore but okay.

Rick has bruises on his body the colour of which are quite spectacular though, good job he is 6 feet plus and 15 stone and my brain just wrote cheque's that my body these days just cannot cash.....fear for a loved one is a great motivator though believe me.

One thing did trouble me a lot, no help from anyone who was stuck in traffic until the Police arrived although in hindsight maybe that was for the best and they did arrive very quickly and en masse I might add.

I am a little surprised by that. I thought about getting out myself to come over, but with 3 police cars and an ambulance, it didn't seem the best idea. I'd noticed the police cars go past when I was further back, but wasn't clear why until we got further down the road. Obviously it's difficult to comment too much without knowing details, but there's no doubt I would have come over had there been nobody else around. Surprised others didn't, or at least offer help, even if it had been declined.

On the plus side, the proximity of the hospital was something of a bit of luck!

Well when you have the football idiots of MILLWALL, MAN UTD, WEST HAM, LIVEPOOL and others trying to cause trouble every week at the KC then your going to get a bit restless when any opposition comes.

This is not how the fans feel, we welcom all supporters and family to our great City and Stadium.

Its just a great shame that ALL clubs have these few idiots that either support the club or live around the club that like to couse trouble for whatever reason.

Did this happen on the bridge/fly over? I had a can thrown at my vehicle and some verbals by some deranged looking bloke who looked quite intoxicated who then went off running down the road and out of sight.

All clubs do have them, you're correct. But Hull have more in my experience. They're also the only club I can think of that have a section of them that sit in the same place every game and do the same thing every game. I personally have been involved in trying to eradicate a few idiots in Bradford shirts before from the ground, by reporting it to stewards and trying to get them thrown out. If I were a Hull fan, I would be on at the club to sort out those tosspots in the corner.

I appreciate the club can't do anything about idiots outside of the stadium and on the streets, but they certainly can do something about chav corner. I really wish they would so we only had the decent Hull fans who you can have a chat and laugh with.

Bet it was the same guy then. Hopefully he'll be receiving a lifelong ban from the KC if he had attended the match.
