Tbf Platt's defence is pretty solid and is at least twice that of Sykes.
I just think that based on last weeks performances that Sykes and Deacon would be dropped. If Crookes wasn't injured this would be the perfect opportunity for him. |

Nope, I'd rather have a safe pair of hands at 3 and 4. I think Sheriffe will play with more confidence outside Beaver than he would Platt. Platt hasn't had any regular SL action for some time now and our play off dreams hinge on this match. I still maintain that Platt's best position IS fullback. |

Did you watch the Cas reserve game? I know it's a real step up to SL level, but he was playing extremely well, more like the Platt we saw in the first 6 months of his contract. |
