KCFM was correct mate
Kopzack seemed ok in the tunnel after the game so hopefully he recovers quickly.
I guess an X Ray will determine that.
Reardon landed awkwardly trying to evade a Briscoe tackle.
Kearney was good 1st half quiet in the second.
Orford stepped up after the break and his short kicking game will earn you many tries.

| Really, really pleased with that performance. Bit rusty in first half, but in the second half we couldn't have asked for much more. Disappointed Koppy's injured as he was giong well, but these things happen .
Orford, Lynch and L'estrange were all quality. I think everybody put in a good performance and Crookes & Whitehead both deserve a mention, surely Crookes must be pushing for a place in the opener after impressing at both wing and centre. An overall impressive performance, Kearney's kicking wasn't bad, Sykes's goal kicking was quality and Orford's in game kicking and his passing are quality, his passes were pin point accurate every time.
Also may be worth noting that Lynch led us out.

More than a tiny bit now. I can't wait for next friday.
Orford and Kearney gelled well, which was my main worry, so bring on the Giants.

| I think it's pretty frightening that Orford had a hand in all three tries, linked up with his 6 and looked so comfortable after one game.

| Apologies for the mistakes in the updates folks.
Next time I'll yell at the announcer if he gets names wrong and not eat curry at half time to not get distracted
Kopczak's broken his leg.

| Defence definitely seems to have improved if the friendlies are anything to go by and we look a fair bit fitter as well.
Looking forward to Fri now but we'll need a big effort from our pack with 2 Props out injured. We don't have the biggest of packs nowadays and I fear we could get a bit bullied at Huddersfield if our forwards aren't on top form.

Pretty clear Hall will need to do some time in the front row, is it not?

Looks like it to me.
I hope Crossley gets a shot, but I suppose Macca will have more of an idea whether he's up to it.
I agree with AaronBull, If Orford is that good on his first game with a new partner, then by summer when he's used to Kearney and the ground's dry and firm, he will be immense. He's got that excellent skill that Henry Paul used to have of great peripheral vision, he fooled HKR defence on several occasions by looking like he was making a run but then flicking the ball accurately without even looking.
Does anyone know why he was wearing 22 though?
