That would be Ross Peltier, who made more metres on the field going forward than anyone else.
Bradford put in an absolute Herculean performance. Deserved more than they got at the end. Really pleased to see the defensive solidity return after conceding over 48 points on average person game.

| Personally think a draw would have been a fair result. Your boys certainly pushed Rovers. We are now 6 points clear so obviously happy, equally If your boys can repeat that effort you will soon pick up the points. I think the weather in particular was a great leveler and stopped Rovers moving the ball as much as usual, your forwards were very good in exploiting their size advantage. The two halfs did a good job, in parts, of controlling the game, it was the most nervous I have been watching a game this season. I think the game at your place could be a cracker, may have to pop over and watch that one. As for the ref, baffled at times with some of the decisions both for and against. That was the type of game that Rovers have needed all season, being pushed and at times under the pump for a full 80 mins. Best of luck for almost all of the rest of the season.

| Lilley is so important, Chisholm is a gem that adds a finishing touch. I feel even with Keyes instead of Dane, if we can turn out a team performance lime that then we will beat most teams.
Pack was immense, will just get better if. Larroyer comes back and we keep the Leeds lads.
All four of them were massive yesterday for us. We have to keep them now.

That's the thing after next week they could all be gone. Also thought sam hallas did a very good job never stood out but quietly gets on with it

| Pretty unbelievable is an understatement, I think. I don't know where they were hiding that one but it was top drawer and no mistake.
Chissy going for a scan according to himself in Sky interview. He said the pain had gone but was clearly not walking totally freely. Even if he can't play next week I think we can probably beat Dews with Keyes at half, if the pack can repeat that level of performance. It's largely down to confidence imo and if that show doesn't give them the confidence to turn Dewsbury over then something is definitely wrong!

| Outstanding effort. The weather was a bit of a leveller but we were outstanding heart, guts and effort. Think a draw would have been a fair result. Hoping the Chissy injury not too serious. Walked off the field and back onto it to do a sky interview. Normally those season ending knee injurires players can't walk so im hoping against hope he's fine.
Hopefully we've learnt from last year and turn up against Dewsbury with exactly the same attitude.

| It would be just our luck for Chisholm to be out for months now.
But if we play with that intensity against Dewsbury, with Keyes/Lilley in the halves and hopefully Oakes back in the centres then we should be able to come away with the win.
We need Sheffield and Batley to both do us huge favours today and beat Swinton/Dewsbury.

I thought Hallas was absolutely outstanding, would love to see his stats, never stopped all game. Very impressed with him last night.

| I'd echo a lot of the positive thoughts on here. Especially about the likes of Chisholm, Lilley & Hallas. Just all round a totally different performance and pleasing to see even with the result.
The one negative I will say is that Oscar Thomas was to blame for that result. I know it sounds harsh to pick out one player, and he did some good stuff in attack, but three crucial mistakes in his own half were massively costly. If he doesn't make those mistakes, we win that match. Sure others made mistakes too (Bentley not passing to Macani for example), but you can't excuse THREE. Unfortunately Thomas is clearly a confidence player and as soon as he makes the first one, his head goes down and he makes more.
He's better than I'd have give him credit for earlier in the season, but unless he cuts out those mistakes, he's always going to be a bit of a liability.

| Probably your best performance of the season so far. One of our worst from an attacking point of view although not helped by the conditions.
Demonstrated flaw in the system being able to import players that will not be available in the longer term. Helps in individual matches but cannot see how it helps you or others build a team to develop your club.
It should not be long before you points are in the black. Good luck for rest of the season

| But we all know that the key to our season is somehow being able to field a competitive pack every week, we have the speed, we have the youthful enthusiasm, we have a refreshingly adventurous style of attacking play, but we need a pack every week that can hold its own and when we don't we are flogged. No pack Plan B is the elephant in the room. Yesterday's pack playing like it played would give anybody a contest.

| Absolutely cracking performance. Chisholm and Lilley were immense in the halves. Chisholm is such an x-factor type of player and some of his game reads and decisions he makes are incredible. Fingers and toes firmly crossed that he isn't too badly injured as he will win us some games on his own throughout the rest of the season.
The Leeds players that we are lucky to have at the moment are class and I felt that our own pack players like Magrin, Kirk and Davies all looked a lot better having other big players around them rather than young academy lads.
Lots to be positive about and I really can't wait for the Dewsbury game next week now.
It would have been the perfect evening if we could have hit zero in such a big game on a big stage but I'm sure everyone will still have come away proud and happy with the performance the lads put in.
Fingers crossed Leeds Salford and Cas have an injury free bank holiday. If we could get the four Leeds lads for a longer period and get Murray and Larroyer back things would be looking very good.
