| Disappointing, but keep Gaskell at FB, Gale at 7, Addy at 6.
Kear/Foster/Henry/George wings depending on form, fitness, Arundel/Purtell/George/Henry in centre depending on form, fitness or need to play elsewhere.
Purtell in back row with Pitts only until Ferguson, Donaldson are back. Could really do with Bylthe getting back in contention too.

Agreed, but I'm not convinced about Henry's defence in the centres.

No I agree (also I suspect FC isn't either), which is why he was fourth in my list of centres. With Arundel being only on loan, purtell useful on the wings and 2nd row, Blythe injured, George slightly suspect in defence and useful on the wing you could see why the Worthington rumour might have come about.

Player of the year for me so far. His ability to hit the right line, at top speed makes him tough to put down. Can't believe this is the same player as the Purtell of 2012.

Got to say I had my doubts last year, but this year he's been one of our outstanding players. On Sunday when the team was read out I was worried when he didnt appear in the backs, then relived he was in the 13 when he was read out in the 2nd row. I hadn't thought about it much up to that point, but my reaction to thinking he might be out speaks volumes for his improvement. And he showed up really well in the 2nd row.

| He’s having his best year so far and has been a real plus. Quite a few people were wondering if he’d contribute much this year with all that went on with his health but he’s shown he’s still good enough at this level. His deal ends at the end of this year, I wonder if he’ll get offered another? (obvs subject to us staying up).

Because putting him at stand off causes minimum disruption. Addy has been doing ok in second row, putting him at half back doesn't work. Also we effectively lose ANOTHER forward if we put him at 6.

| I did wonder when I heard the teams read out if this was the game where we finally kill him but he stood up well and his stats for the game back it up. This far I agree with Davey, he's the player of the year atm.

| I too have been impressed after finding him a big disappointment up to 2014.
The sceptic in me wondered if it was to do with i) being in the final year of his contract and ii) standing out in a lower quality side, but if he keeps performing then who cares what I think?!
Adam Henry is firmly is his scapegoat shoes now. You've got to go some to miss more tackles than Danny Addy. And not just that, far far fewer completed tackles too.
Henry; 141 tackles, 45 misses. 75.8% tackle success.
Addy; 239 tackles, 38 misses. 86.3% tackle success.
Kearney; 82 tackles, 29 misses. 73.9% tackle success.
Oh and just for fun...
Foster; 19 tackles, 9 misses. 67.8% tackle success.

| TBF Addy being in the forwards will have more occasions he's called upon to make a tackle than a centre or fullback so will have far more completed tackles in total.
Those stats aren't exactly Mumby-esque though!
