Thats an away match & its a local derby

Why isit not like that at home when we play rhinos?

Ok the chants go on for about 3 minutes after kick off then stop... but when were away they carry on all through out the game.

Our group are the ones that start it off on the terracing but no other begger joins in.

Just a shame we cant gather together all the fans that go to the away games to stand together then there wouldnt be an issue would there !!

We start most songs off away aswell...

Weve tried before paul but no-one really cottoned on to standing behind the tunnel.

Do like you did some years ago and pipe crowd noise through the PA system.

I think someone should start a group with flags and stickers called the Brigantes.

Things are looking a little more optimistic now after the Cas game. I think we’ll need to step it up even further if we want to beat Wigan though. I agree that we need to make more noise to make Odsal an intimidating place to visit. How about this for a new chant:

(in the tune of I love you baby)
“We love you Odsal - because it’s always cold,
We love you Odsal - even though you’ve been sold,

Topical and light hearted! Anyone willing to start it off at the Wigan game??

Thought the fans really got behind the team yesterday.

Atmopshere was awesome at castleford yesterday.. It also did help the fact we had a roof over our head so that it echo'ed abit.

What i also think about odsal is that all the people that sing are jotted around the terrace and not all in one spot.

What i think we need to do is get a spot where we all stand around(even if we dont know each other) and when a person starts a song off then everybody around that person joins in.

My point would be behind the tunnel half way up.

Would that be the same sort of spot i wanted for non smokers but you said was unfair because a smoker may have been stood there for years?

When i wanted a no smoking only area. You said that if a smoker had stood there for years they would have to move which would be unfair in your eyes.
I might not wish to stand in a rowdy area so its exactly the same.

I mean i didnt say anything about moving for when people stand behind the tunnel for singing.

Also why would you go to a sports game and not want to be in a rowdy area? Especially rugby... your better off going to badminton!
