| Tbf ah vans drop in form happened when he was shifted to centre and he's improved since going back on wing. Wouldn't be so certain he's going tbh.

| I wouldn't lose any sleep over Ah Van going. Doesn't bring too much to the team.

| It all depends on the replacement. There is always a risk that a new overseas signing won't live up to expectations or just not settle in the country.
From what I can gather Ah Van seems to have settled in ok and gets on well with the rest of the squad. I still think that with a decent off season and by keeping him on the wing we have a half decent player who is still young.
It all depends on who else is available, of which I'm not too clued in.

| To be honest I quite like Ah Van, and if he cut out some of his mistakes I'd be morn than happy for him to stay.

Raynor/Ainscough
Lulia
Platt
Ah Van
Gale
Herbert
Lynch
Heath
Koppy
Elima
Whitehead
Langley
Addy

I wouldn't be too disheartened with that team to be honest.

| That looks good as well but I don't know much about Moon; but he needs to be a good defender to play inside Ainscough. Is Gale a specialist 6 or 7, i thought he was a 6? Sammut would be good for us though!

| Sammut would be a great signing for us. Always seems to play well when i watch Crusaders and has a bit of invention and pace around the ruck that we are missing

yes, all the media in the Antipodean world seem to think hes going to the Raiders, no mention of the Bulls anywhere. But it all seems to originate from one media source, so who knows? and as for playing centrE:
Moon has spent the bulk of his six NRL seasons shuffled between the centres, lock and halves.
His manager, Daryl Mather, said lock was the 23-year-old’s best position.

maybe Langley is on his way out if the rumour is true?
but its a big mountain to build out of a mole-hill

| Langley signed a 3 year deal last year did he not? Don't know enough of Moon to comment, sounds like a good player and all but haven't we enough utility players? I'd say we need a specialist prop and decide on the best HB combination.

| Even if he were on his way, which I doubt very much, it could only be as LF rather than utility. I too prefer specialist players and just a couple of utility, on the other hand his range of utility is a bit different from the usual centre/2nd row or FB/centre/winger types. As always more ifs than facts.
and as you say, there are more important areas to strengthen or resolve
