Well said, you can't have a partial force majeure, it either is or isn't down to circumstances beyond your control, which should mean all or nothing. If this was big Nige and Ralph deciding, I might have expected a political outcome, but with a group of 'independent' lawyers, it should be 6 or nowt! Cue comments from WF ip addresses

Pretty much what I said some time back, to be honest, though I must say I've since been convinced by the two point argument [changes nothing and annoys everyone equally] as being the most likely. After all, when did logic have anything to do with it?
