Can't imagine why Richardson alone would be allowed to meet staff and players unless RFL already had him in mind as preferred choice.

Suppose in issuing the list of conditions bidders have to meet they are at least being seen to be allowing everyone a fair shot. He has probably already shown he can meet all the conditions, especially given he owns Wasps who currently sit top of their league.

At the end of the day if they want him to be awarded the club/membership it is entirely their decision .

I'll be delighted if this comes off. Hope he has persuaded some of our players and staff to hang on a few more days.
