Possibly so. But, in the short term, the boss can only work with the tools that he has at his disposal. And it seems to me that he would use a screwdriver to saw a piece of wood and a hammer to screw in some nails.

On all the available information I don't see any evidence that there has been any Coaching! No Attack, No Defence and no idea!

I chose Steve McBanana because of his ability to learn from mistakes. We make so many that his head would explode.
