If he really is a billionaire and really was interested in the Bulls then he could have bought the whole job lot from the administrator for what would to a billionaire be something like a few hours-worth of interest on his fortune. Just as a for instance, interest on £5 billion at 5% = £250 million p.a.

Most of the barriers on the terracing were stress tested and improvements made last season within weeks of Green taking over. I wouldn't have thought much work needed doing.

If Avenue were to use Odsal I can't imagine them [as they are ever filling the stand, let alone needing to use the terraces. Odsal has a licence for over 26k, for heaven's sake.
