| So a brave defeat against a top team, where we all say "if we perform like that consistently, we'll be fine" Plenty of praise for the team. We now face a team at the bottom of the league, without a win, ravaged by injuries who we should comfortably beat if we perform anything like Monday. We've been here before haven't we? Fully expecting another defeat
Always tough up at Workington and they do enjoy giving us a bloody nose. Same attitude and commitment as what we had against Leigh is required.

| Might be helped by getting our Leeds lads back in again for this one hopefully.

| It's all set up for a disappointing defeat isn't it...
I'd settle for a squeaky 8-6 win

| You'd hope that we could pick up from where we left off against Leigh but the short turnaround and long trip up to Workington could see a tired and lacklustre performance. I hope I'm wrong and we put in another good performance and come away with a comfortable win. Don't throw away the good progress we made against Leigh by bottling it against Workington.

| Short turnaround? It's one day shorter than usual. You hear former players on Sky say all the time that the short turnaround excuse is a myth.
No excuses for this one. The players have proved that they can perform for 80 minutes when they feel like it. If we go back to the half-d attitude we've seen a few times this season then things have to change in the backroom staff.

| Be interesting to see who turns up from Leeds because they were really poor against Hull. Johnson was subbed off after 10 minutes and never came back on which I don't like to see. Fusitua took a bang on the head and doesn't look like he's enjoying it and pretty much all of Leeds young players look like they need a half a stone across the shoulders and a season at Championship level. Mustapha was in the squad but didn't play.

| Think whoever was in charge of the recruitment at the Rhinos needs a kick up the Harris. They are far too light up front and as a result they're getting smashed and their few bona fide front rowers are being run into the ground.
I think all the Leeds lads we've had have done ok for us. Not sure we need Johnson at the moment but any of the others would slot in nicely.

Are you disappointed in Oledski? I thought he was going to be a top class prop. All the lads who have come into our backrow, O'Connor, Butler, Mustapha on loan and Wallace as well have done well. As has Doyle when moved there.

| Think they're overusing Oledzki at the moment and as a result he's not as effective.

| Good that we've got those three Leeds lads back particularly Mustapha. I'd try and avoid having our two big oil tankers out on the pitch at the same time.
Should Kear continue at fullback or Hall come in?

| Some tough decisions for JK to make Eliot Kear had a good last outing so would be tough on him not to get a start.
Agree about our “oil tankers” but Worky will have a few cargo ships floating around as well, so on this occasion…

Hall for mine I think give him a crack and Kear a breather

| Glad Johnson is in the Leeds reserves as Doyle and Flanagan played well last time out and deserve their places. For me, Kear has played well, and we look more dangerous/safe with Kear at FB. Have to reward Dawson-Jones and Millar for their efforts vs Leigh too.
We need Mustapha and O’Connor though. Mustapha for something better than Kibula offered last week. And O’Conner for his workrate in defence. We don’t have a ball playing 13 and O’Connor is the better defensive 13. Bring Crossley and Mustapha off for Evans and Walker.
