| so now after fev lost at York ... fev have to lose their last 2 and of course we win our last 2. with this senario we have now a 200 points diff to overcome as opposed to a york loss and losing their last 2. im sure without looking, the only thing york fans are focused on on totalrl is the fact we cant catch them (cant bring myself to look at as i know they will be creaming as they know we cant catch them). the fact that we still get so much coverage still holds that where ever we go we are still a scalp

| Points difference shouldn't come into it. We are 3 points behind Fev.if we win both and Fev lose both we would finish 1 point above them.

| Think we just need to knuckle down, beat Sheffield and secure 6th. It will be a tough game against the Eagles.
If we finish 6th, it's been a decent return for us with a young squad

| Fev have Bately (a) and Toulouse (h) so they aren't exactly easy fixtures but you'd expect Fev to get a win at Batley. York would have beaten Halifax in their final game anyway, they've been garbage aside from the CC semi final.
Really pleased to see performance levels continue, I was worried that our season might just fizzle out with some disappointing results. Credit to the team.

Nothing to see there though, all they have to worry about is where we're playing next year and how we're marketing our ST for next year.

After the tragic happenings at Batley last weekend, I can see them putting in a big performance against Fev to honor the young mans memory.
Hope they do for his family and friends.

| Would be the most Bradford thing ever for Fev to lose their last 2 and us love up against Sheffield.
Rochdale is a gimmee so the Eagles game is the one last effort needed from the squad, and we get a respectable 6th place finish. We owe them one from earlier in the season too.

Completely wrong. The Bradford thing to do is to thrash Sheffield incredibly so we have a better points diff and then love up against Rochdale.

| I sense that people might not ACTUALLY be typing "love".

I took my hint from the post previous to mine so I did actually type "love". I'm sure you got my meaning though.

Lol, I love the idea of the Bulls taking a 'gimme', yeah, right!
Let's be right, they will definitely be there for the taking but will we be bothered to pick up?

We had a few gimmees this season and lost which is why we are relying on other teams results, we have been here before if my memory services me correctly and it has kicked us in the ass we never seem to learn until it is to late.
I am still happy with where we are this year, York are only up there because of the constant flow of loans from Leeds i think

| York are up there as they've got the happy knack of winning close games, a settled halfback partnership, a small squad, very few injuries, no distractions (reserves, 19's, 16's) and they've used the loan market very well to get in 1 or 2 SL fringe players when they've needed to.

Yeah they've done very well. I did wonder if we should've followed the same model but apparently running the U19s and U18s was part of the conditions Chalmers was given when he took over.
