We are. Or, at least, we are certainly getting there with some urgency now.

More and more we are becoming the sort of club that is harder to defend and, TBH, if one of our rivals were like us we would be quick to pull them up on it.

How so?

Well, lets go back to the late 90's and early 2000's. We were winning, but had to cheat by breaking the salary cap in order to gain a success. A success that we got without being on a level playing field with the other clubs. A level playing field that suddenly matters to our fans now that we are not getting the full quota of Sky money.

Then look at the succession of dubious owners/chairman we have had. You would have thought that it would be difficult to get worse than Caisley and the Hoodwinker but we seem to have managed it somehow.

There is our ground that the good old RL helped us with, our PR record which, in recent seasons is a complete embarrassment and a media team within the club that seem to have absolutely no idea whatsoever what they are doing and seem to just want to annoy the fans at every opportunity.

We have fans that seem to blindly follow people who force feed us half-truths and complete fabrication, somehow believing that it will all be ok. Fans of other clubs must be pi$H!ng themselves laughing at some of the nonsense some of our fans come out with.

Then there are the ones that turn a blind eye to everything that goes on so long as "we have a team to support." Well, TBF, I would rather not follow a side that seems content to slide more and more into the gutter the longer things go on.

I am finding it harder and harder to like Bradford Bulls now. I know exactly what plenty of you will say but just look at the bigger picture for once before I get my usual castigation.

For too long we have been a complete embarrassment of a club. No wonder our crowds are dwinding so much. People have had enough.

We are becoming like Millwall now. No one likes us, but we SHOULD care.

This club is a mess and, TBH, if we go down next season then it will be our just desserts IMO.

We're going to get more haters when we win the league from 8th this season.

Sadly for you though, it may be "doom and gloom", but it is also completely factual.

Agree with pretty much all you said ME, but I think we are still behind leeds as the disliked team can't think of any fan of any club who likes them to be honest, that's a shame as it would be good if we where disliked would give us a harder edge, we just needed to sign Bailey and busquets.

Some like some hate always going to be the case always will, both times we broke the cap we where found out we didnt go to decieve like another club who will remin nameless, if the rfl didn't fanny bout in the way they did this may never have gotten this far, so we are either hated and exist or loved but we fell through the door last year, I'd take the hated moniker forba while and we can build on it next year, sick of finishing behind leeds.

I don't mind Leeds half as much as I did as a kid. In fact they've been a real ally to the club since Hood departed.

I'd say Hudders look a bit less clean cut at the moment and your post is a bit OTT Eddie.

I think you have to be successful to be disliked. I think most people now think of us as an irrelevance.

I think most oft he dislike came from being succesful, Man Utd have the same problem as did Leeds Utd a few decades ago. But I prefer to be disliked for being succesful rather than being KNOWING cheats like Shudders!!
