Can't see any faults in Hetherington's approach TBH. The more we learn from him the better.

I think most of superleague should book themselves in for a chat with the Leeds club. In these times of sugar daddies and spending beyond your means, they seem the one shining light about how to run a sustainable and successful club from top to bottom. They have defined wage structures and a shrewd chief.

When I say the above to my dad he practically disowns me but putting aside the traditional sporting rivalry, there's a fair bit to admire about Leeds. If Franny can use his huge experience at Leeds to get tips then that's fantastic imo.

Well, Leeds do have Caddick, sitting in the back room and signing the cheques. I think a certain amount of 'hatred' maybe focussed a little to the South this year, rather than the East.

They;re not really legitimate faults to be honest. just think in the past he could have handled a few things in a different manner. For many years he came across (and still does on occasions) as a bit pompous and self righteous.

However, the help he's given over the last year has to be credited.
