Another season of abject failure and with a third season of no playoffs, who should be shown the door at Odsal as we look to rebuild for next year?

I wouldnt be fussed about getting rid of any of our backs. Raynor and royston are alright but won't get you in the real playoff mix.

St Hilaire needs to leave or be shown the door.

It's now or never for the club to act and get rid of the players that have been constantly underperforming week in week out because I really do fear that even with a cheap season ticket deal the supporters will leave and won't be back.

We can not keep rebuilding a squad every season, like we have done for the past 3 or 4 years. On the other hand we do have some dead wood in the team. I feel we need a couple of good coaches to go alongside Potter and Cummins, a Forshaw/Naylor/Anderson type coach. If we are to make any signings they have to be of quality, not has beens and not players who are injured consistantly.

Nail on the head. All this talk about replacing half the team is laughable. We've done this for the past 3 seasons. Same result. The entire backroom staff need to go. Someone who prided himself on defence, Forshaw or a Daniel Gartner. Lee Si Hilaire isn't exactly the fountain of RL defence.

The juniors are getting embarrssed and this HAS to be addressed. Whether fans like it or not, we aren't going get 13+ players who are better than the ones we have because nobody wants to join us. Get a decent backroom staff in and coach them properly and it should take care of itself.

Weve gotta sign some absolute quality, not players coming back from injury or released from other clubs, not players 'with a point to prove' as some like to call it. We need to get our noses into strong players and make them very good offers, because taking chances hasnt worked for 5 years and it will not work next year either.

I agree that keeping the continuity of the side is vital but as Mick says above we need those quality players in the side and remember that Potter was promised the full cap to spend.

Lowes and McDermott should be available by the end of the week.
