Went in and paid on the first week they went on sale, all I was handed to confirm my payment was a compliment slip, unsigned, undated which proves nothing seen as I've recieved one of these with my match and coach tickets through the post to London last season. Then last week I recieved a membership leaflet encouraging me to renew membership. Has anyone recieved theirs, or heard anything?

I don't think the cards are ready til December.

They were waiting for the fixtures to be confirmed, then the cards go off to be programmed etc and then they get sent to you. You should have it by early December. Don't worry!

Thanks, wasn't that I was worrying, just thought it was a little unproffesional that they thought handing me a complimentary slip as a sign of receipt proves anything, then recieving a membership letter weeks later when I'd paid, what a waste of money!

They sent us 5 letters, to me, my wife, two kids and my Dad - all at the same house. I emailed them to say please just send one in the future.

Must admit I rang up to confirm everything was ok after receiving a 'Final Reminder' to renew. I'd paid for mine online in Sept, surely the club see who has renewed rather than send letters out to those who have already bought their season ticket?

No, unfortunately they appear to send letters out to all season ticket holders, including under 8s, who are hardly likely to be in a position to get their credit cards out!

Perhaps the club could save some cash by refining it's mass mailing methods!!

This happened last year as well it makes you wonder how much the club has lost in printing and postage. I'm sure it can't be to hard for them to sort the data base out and take out those who have paid already I do it all the time at work.

What is it at the moment that people take every opportunity to slag the club off.

So what if they sent you a reminder and you've already paid, the cost of mass mailing doesn't go down if you take out 1 letter it's bundled together in the hundreds.

So what if you only got a complimentary slip, the records will show you paid, if you'd asked for a full receipt I'm sure they'd have given you one but then you wouldn't have been able to come on here saying how unprofessional things are.

So what if an 8 year old gets a Season Ticket letter, it might spur the kid on to tell their parents they want to go watch the Bulls again next year.

Personally I'm looking forward to next season without thinking about where I can find fault with the club in the meantime

I wasn't slagging the club off, it was just a suggestion.

I used to work for a mass mailing company and their clients spend a lot of money paying the company to out duplicates and non-required mail because it saves them so much more than it costs to take them out!

Such things are possible with a bit of fairly simple database management and surely worth the effort.

My kids like getting their mailings, I think its good that they are treated like members. Which indeed they are.
