From what I heard, Deacon shouldn't be in the team. Langley runs but makes no progress and is therefore having very limited impact. Platt apparantly had another shocker.

It's time for action, not for excuses. Quite frankly, I've heard enough drivel from the players and coach (through the media) and am getting sick of it. Action needs to be taken to sort out these problems once and for all.
