he was helping out in warmup and holding tackle bag in hull warm up which you wouldnt expect of someone with a serious shoulder problem so I can't see him being more than a week away from returning. |

Depends on the movement that caused the dislocation. It's often the up and back motion.
If so, you can take plety of hammer straight on without moving the arm up at all (as with holding a tackle shield). |
