Just to add to the above.

The bulls are able to spend up to the full cap limit, but will not pay high wages to players that are average. It was insinuated that some players were STILL on overpriced contracts. following this it was made clear Ainy's contract offer its correct for a player of his calibre and he WILL NOT receive an improved offer.

On the transfer front, we should expect 2 prop signings in the next couple of weeks.

Now that's interesting. I know a lot of people questioned if we were spending up to the cap in the last few years, but it always seemed to me that if we WERE spending the full cap then we weren't getting the most bang for our buck.
