It is his fault for bringing on young players who are injury prone.
In Crookes' case it is doubly his fault for actually playing him, as if he had not done so, the young lad would not have got injured, and we could have kept him up our sleeve, to not play in the future.
Hyde's injury isn't so easy to explain, but I put it down in the end to poor training methods, and not eating enough calcium, for all of which McNamara is obviously ultimately responsible.

I don't think that's called for. Tupou was entitled to make the claim he did, even though he lost, but over the years, recently and even as we speak, the Bulls have a fantastic record in the area of supporting and rehabilitating players who have suffered serious, long term injuries, that i would say is second to none. Fsck knows we've had enough of them these past few seasons. |

That's why Mac puts them on the bench and doesn't play them. To save them getting injured. Once again, Macnamara is getting shown as the master tactician he is. Brilliant coaching. |

Bad news. Gutted for Crookes, was looking ok imo. Hyde is bad aswell, we've got hardly any cover in the backs.
