Seymour's upending of the opponent wasn't a spear tackle, unfortunately the tackled player's legs were higher than his head at one point and that's an automatic penalty but let's not get carried away here, it was nowhere near a spear tackle. The big screen replays showed Seymour on the receiving end of a few punches and his head bleeding afterwards.

So if the officials took that into consideration, you might have a bit more to moan about.
