On current form, yes I would offer him a new deal. However I would wait until the second half of the season just in case.

If he keeps going like he is, I see no reason to not keep him on. He still seems to have the fitness of a much younger bloke!

I wonder if the AC Milan medical staff will take a look at him? As they are at the cutting edge of keeping players fitter, less injury prone and that age is less of a barrier.

Although "Alfie" Thomas at 35 might find RL fitness a lot higher the RU, it's on the playing field he'll notice the difference.
I like the way he was told RL is like doing a few shuttle runs then hitting a brick wall!

He could certainly go another season if we play him off the bench as he did at Manly, rather than expectiing him to play the full 80

If he can keep his current form up, then yes, and knowing Beaver, he probably will. It also depends on whether a decent centre becomes available, because that coulod be seen as more important.

I'm sure Beaver's ability to play backrow, centre or stand-off will also increase his chances of playing on.

I'm a big Beaver fan and would be tempted to give him another year, injuries and form permitting. However, if we get the option of signing a younger, o/s trained, good outside back on a longer deal, I think we'd have to probably let the Beaver go as he'll probably only play on for 1 more year and we can't really afford to let good players pass us by..........
