Maybe FC's man management isn't all it should be.But I don't blame him as he is a rooky.I blame the people that set him on and expected a rooky coach with little experience to be able to compete with no cash and a very small average ability squad.He has already lost Elliot,who has more potential than many of the squad put together and was certainly not a player to be losing imo.Better to have lost Gale,Walker,Platt,Kear etc etc.
I am glad Elliot at least let a few titbits out to the T&A.There's a lot more I guess.

Maybe FC was asking too much from Whitehead? Maybe Whitehead was being singled out unfairly? Maybe Whitehead was in a comfort zone? Who knows? I doubt we'll find out. The onus is now on him to prove he can be better than he is. It's also up to FC to show he can bring players on and improve them. It'll be hard to judge that until maybe a year or two from now.
