| So who is your 17 for this game. Not sure about Toronto this season. Battered by Toulouse and had a few close games especially against York, Leigh, Dewsbury and Featherstone. Yet had a few big scores too. On their day I reckon they could put 50 on us especially how soft our defense has been recently.
However if we are on form then we could cause them a few problems. For me:
Pickersgill
Foggin-Johnston
Gibson
Oakes
Ryan
Lilley
Milnes
Crossley
Wildie
Kirk
Garside
Farrell
Minchella
Doyle
Bustin
Green/Wood
Peltier
EDIT: To clarify I’d leave Webster out due to 4G pitch. Storton as I believe he’s getting through a ton of work for a young lad. Pickersgill in as it’s a game where I think we can just play with no pressure. Big pack to combat Torontos as best we can. Doyle because he’s earned it. Could be a place for Hallas just unsure as to where.

I'd guard against using the "12 man on the pitch" tactic.

| Don't think we've anything to fear of Toronto. Being the underdogs for a change will probably be a good thing and I'm sure Kear will relish it. Webster won't play due to the 4g pitch.

| It's a free hit for us this week
We aren't expected to win, probably not even expected to get close. So we might as well go over there, enjoy the experience, play with a bit of freedom and see what happens.
If we get mullered, so be it. This game won't define our season.

Webster hasn't played at Widnes or Sheffield this year due to the fake grass pitches used. Reckon it's an injury risk for him.

EDIT
Doyle wasn't in the early plans for this game so I have to ask , how long does a visa take to come through? That's assuming a visa is necessary, of course, but a week seems a bit quick for any government department.

| Canada make you get a bit of a visa (electronic travel authorisation) to land into any of their airports. You can apply online and the results usually come back within a few minutes. Not sure if they would need anything other than that.

| Yeah the ETA is an easy process but not sure if the players would need a working visa rather than just the tourist ETA. I assume that its not just the ETA going by reports from other clubs problems over the last few years.

I can't remember the details, but something was done about that in the last year or so. I remember people commending the Canadian authorities on how they've made it so much smoother for visiting players. There were certainly issues in the early days, but I don't think there was nearly as much issue last season.
That said, I'd be surprised if Scott Moore wasn't "injured" the week Rochdale are due to play there.
