Seems like a good time to share this interview I did last month with George Flanagan again about the reasons why John Kear is going to stick by him and why you're going to see a new George in 2020 after seeking help from Sporting Chance.
George has just signed a new one year deal for 2020.

A player I would have been disappointed re-signing a couple of months ago, but in our current situation it's a no brainee. I'd have Doyle ahead of him but you can't expect 20 year old to step up and play every week. George will be cheap and is more battle hardened than another young player will be.

Exactly my thoughts. He will bring a different element to the side that might get bashed about a bit unless we can do some business in the loan markets for some forwards. |

I wouldn't be getting over excited about DR with Toronto (if true). They've always run a small squad and of course they have no Reserve or Academy set up. They have 23 players listed on their site currently, and whilst they will obviously add players, I doubt that they'll have loads of players to offer to us.
